We have identified 3 main groups which are benefiting from the Centre.

Home based businesses – wishing to grow to the next level and add another degree of professionalism by operating in a business environment.  Australian Bureau of Statistics has identified that as many as 60% of Australian Small Businesses are home based.

New Start-up Businesses – who have just commenced or are about to commence operating.  Their primary concern is the high start-up costs and long commitments in a commercial environment.  Our aim is to provide an environment which allows testing of their business concept while reducing many of the ongoing risks should a business fail.

Relocating/Expanding Businesses – who are looking to expand into Ballarat who need short term tenancy while they “set up shop” or test commercial viability in the region.
