Dawson Street Site

The Dawson Street site is a restored heritage building situated in the CBD offering modern design and facilities with a range of 41 office styles and spaces available.  The Centre has reception and office support, staff lunch and tea room plus training, meeting and conference rooms and office support facilities available to all tenants.

The building has been updated to meet the needs of today’s technology.  The Dawson Street Centre is a “cousin” to the IT focused Greenhill Enterprise Centre Incubator at Mount Helen on the University of Ballarat’s Technology Park.

The Dawson Street Centre provides two conference and meeting rooms with the flexibility to cater for both small and large functions.  We provide technical equipment that is modern and reliable and meets your business needs.

 

Holmes Street Site

The Holmes Street Business Centre consists of eight work units, each approximately 80 square metres in size on a large block of land just off Creswick Road behind Officeworks.  It offers larger workspaces for those businesses that require workshop facilities and display areas.
