VACCA is a state-wide Aboriginal community controlled and operated service for Aboriginal children and families. It has a proactive responsibility to provide quality services to these children and families. It also operates the Lakidjeka program which is a specialist support service providing expert advice to the Department of Human Services’ Child Protection Agency.
