We offer a number of affordable business premises where members are provided with their own workspace to grow their business. The Centre also provides advice, a range of support services and networking opportunities to assist your business to become established and profitable.
We have over 70 office spaces and 8 industrial workshops, across 4 locations, and we provide opportunities for members to refer clients to one another and to participate in a range of learning and networking activities.
We also provide low cost confidential and professional advice to people thinking of starting up in business or who are currently operating a small business.
706 Sturt Street is a two story building consisting of 25 professional office suites and Flexible Spaces in a range of sizes. There is an internal lift, staircase and modern business amenities. Our welcoming staff are here to greet you and your clients and provide the friendly service our members have come to know and love.
Our newest location has a modern fit out with a variety of office sizes and Flexible Spaces over 2 levels. We also provide spacious business lounges for networking and catching up with clients and colleagues.
The Holmes Street Business Centre is made up of eight workshops that can be leased out for businesses that need to operate in an area zoned light industrial.
Holmes Street is fully fenced with separate entry and exit gates and off-street parking, which members can access 24/7.
Lydiard Street consists of 10 offices in a prime position on the corner of Lydiard and Dana Streets. This magnificent facility provides extensive views over Ballarat and accommodates a number of businesses across a wide range of services.

No, you have the option to fully fit out your new office with the interiors that you want. The Centre does have some miscellaneous furniture items that can be purchased (subject to availability).
We have onsite car parking available at our Sturt and Lowe Street sites (subject to availability). There is no onsite car parking at Lydiard Street, however there is an all day car park located approx. 150m from the front entrance to the building.
Yes! We have multiple Flexible Spaces to choose from and they vary in sizes to accommodate your needs. You can book these via our bookings page. Choose from a 2 hour, half day or full day booking.
