Previously the old Ballarat Group Practice, 706 Sturt Street was purchased and fully renovated in 2018.  The acquisition of 706 Sturt Street allowed the Ballarat Business Centre to increase their number of office spaces and therefore, provide more small and emerging businesses with support.


706 Sturt Street is a two storey building consisting of 25 professional office suites and multiple Flexible Spaces that can be configured for a wide range of purposes to suit your businesses needs. There is an internal lift, staircase and modern business amenities.


Office space varies in size and suitability for businesses from all sectors including health, finance, psychology, engineering and education.
